This collection consists of typescript biographies and autobiographies, most written by members of the Michigan DKG, and published articles in Michigan Heritage, Michigan History, and The Delta Kappa Gamma Bulletin about pioneer women teachers in Michigan. Also included are two publications: Brief History of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society, Michigan, 1938-1961, and Charlotte, 1863-1963. The latter, written for the centennial of the founding of Charlotte, Michigan, includes information about some Charlotte women.
